We take pride in making high-quality, freeze-dried dog treats using simple, whole ingredients. Because our products are food items, we maintain strict freshness and safety standards — which means we can’t accept returns on opened treats.

That said, we always want you and your dog to be completely satisfied. Below is our official policy.

No Returns or Refunds on Opened Treats

For the safety of all pets, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds on opened bags of treats or any product that has left its original, sealed packaging.
This includes items your dog simply did not enjoy — once opened, we are unable to restock or resell them.

Please double-check product descriptions and ingredient lists before purchase to ensure suitability for your pet.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll be happy to replace the product or issue a refund.

To process your claim quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the damaged item or packaging (if applicable)

  • A short description of the issue

Email all claims to support@feraldogs.com and include “Order Issue” in the subject line.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your package does not arrive within the expected delivery window, first check your tracking information and contact the carrier (usually USPS) to confirm delivery status.
If the package is confirmed lost in transit, contact us at support@feraldogs.com and we’ll either:

  • Send a replacement package at no additional cost, or

  • Issue a full refund to your original payment method.

We’ll work with you to make it right.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange a product for the same item, email us at support@feraldogs.com with your order details and photos of the issue.

Refund Timeline

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Funds are automatically returned to your original payment method.
Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
