Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Feral Dogs!
We do our best to make sure every order ships out quickly, safely, and with full tracking so you always know where your package is.

Processing Time

All orders are typically processed and shipped the same day they are placed.
If your order is received after normal business hours or on a day when the post office is closed, it will ship the next business day.

You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as the shipping label is created.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

We primarily ship using USPS Priority Mail, which delivers most packages in 1–3 business days depending on your location.

Most orders fit perfectly in a USPS Padded Flat Rate Envelope for fast, reliable delivery.

For larger or heavier orders, or in rare cases where USPS service is unavailable, we may ship using UPS or FedEx at our discretion.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for shipping costs, which are calculated automatically at checkout based on weight and destination.

We currently offer Free Shipping on orders over $100 (before taxes and after discounts).

Tracking Information

Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and carrier link.
You can use this link to monitor your delivery progress directly through USPS (or other carrier if applicable).

If you don’t receive your tracking email within 24 hours, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@feraldogs.com.

Delayed or Missing Packages

Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, delivery times are outside of our control.
If your package is delayed or goes missing, please first contact USPS (or the carrier listed on your tracking) with your tracking number.

If the issue cannot be resolved through the carrier, reach out to us at support@feraldogs.com and we’ll help make it right.

Shipping Areas

We currently ship within the United States only.
International shipping will be added in the future once we expand our operations.

Order Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
